2 Minute Mug Cake
Using pantry-staple ingredients and a quick spin in the microwave, you’ll have a warm, tender mini cake ready before you know it. Perfect for late-night cravings, solo treats, or whenever you need instant dessert gratification—no oven or fancy equipment required.
Ingredients:
• 6tbsp, Milk
• 1tbsp, Oil
• 4tbsp, Flour 1/4 cup
• 2tbsp, Unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2tbsp, Sugar
• 1/4tsp, Baking powder
• 1tbsp, Chocolate chips
• Pinch of Salt
Directions:
- In your large mug, whisk together the milk and oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the flour mix to the mug and whisk well, making sure there are no lumps.
- Sprinkle on the chocolate.
- Place on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy!
