2 Minute Mug Cake

Using pantry-staple ingredients and a quick spin in the microwave, you’ll have a warm, tender mini cake ready before you know it. Perfect for late-night cravings, solo treats, or whenever you need instant dessert gratification—no oven or fancy equipment required.

Ingredients:

• 6tbsp, Milk
• 1tbsp, Oil
• 4tbsp, Flour 1/4 cup
• 2tbsp, Unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2tbsp, Sugar
• 1/4tsp, Baking powder
• 1tbsp, Chocolate chips
• Pinch of Salt

Directions:

  1. In your large mug, whisk together the milk and oil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the flour mix to the mug and whisk well, making sure there are no lumps.
  4. Sprinkle on the chocolate.
  5. Place on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
  6. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
